POV along with partners the University of Surrey Television have just completed a eight month project to produce a promotional video for the Lions clubs of Great Britain and Ireland. The video, which is presented by Penelope Keith, charts the origins of this international organisation and tells the story of how Lions clubs came into being in this country. It also highlights the amazing work the organisation does word wide.
The Lions press and publicity co-ordinator Bill Blake commented that the video ‘exceeded their expectations’. We at POV certainly learnt a great deal about this extraordinary organisation in making the film and hope it will help them to continue do their incredible work in to the 21st century.
