A PR partner of ours was in the process of rebranding their client, a company that manufactures a material similar to wood from recycled plastics. The material, has many advantages over wood and concrete but most potential customers are unaware of this.
The challenge was to create a video that would persuade possible clients to break their habit of using materials they have utilised in the past in favour of this new material Zyplex. We achieved this by interviewing individuals within the company, material experts and, most importantly, customers who have used the product.
The resulting video has authenticity and an honesty that could not have been achieved with a standard narration, approach. It is now not only used on the web but as tool in meetings to quickly educate customers and employees of the benefits of the product.
